A design proposal that suggests the integration of a smart city campus and a sustainable agricultural production system in the arid climate of Azusa, California, situated in the Southern California desert. The approach involves utilizing 3D drone survey-generated point clouds to investigate the potential synergy between terrace farming and residential and commercial developments. To achieve this, a combination of technologies, including convolutional neural networks, was employed. As a result of these efforts, the site was transformed into a landscape featuring terrace farming, subterranean bunkers, and above-ground residential spaces.
